All memberships, personal training packages, and other services offered through the Site are subject to separate agreements and policies. Pricing, terms, cancellation policies, and payment terms will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Participation in physical activities involves inherent risks; you are responsible for assessing your own fitness and consulting a physician as appropriate.
We use MojoSignups.com (operated by a third-party provider) to facilitate online waivers, membership agreements, personal training contracts, and other forms. When you click on any link or button that directs you to a form hosted on mojosignups.com, you are leaving our Site and interacting directly with Mojo Signups’ platform. Your use of Mojo Signups is governed by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of Mojo Signups.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fort Collins Athletic Co-op or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Site and all content, services, and information provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
